The understanding of winding width is the distance between the starting position and the ending position of the winding. This value typically directly reflects the length of wire needed for the frame. When setting this value, consideration should be given to the impact of minor deformations in the frame on the winding width. A comprehensive measurement method should be used to obtain the minimum value as the winding width.

The wire arranging components of automatic winding machines typically use a combination of stepper motors and ball screw rods, allowing the wire arranging frame to move horizontally. A 57-type stepper motor can be selected, and a 5mm pitch is generally used for the ball screw rod. Smooth operation of the screw rod can be achieved through subdivision control, with a control accuracy of up to 0.025mm, meeting the processing requirements of common enameled wires.

Common simple CNC winding machines have relatively simple functional requirements, with the implementation of winding processes relying entirely on manual operation by operators. The control systems configured for such machines generally include speed regulation, coil number control, forward/reverse switching, etc., with the control core typically being a single-chip microcontroller.

When installing the casting foundation for winding machines, the specific positions of automatic winding machine suppliers, equipment lubrication systems, and electrical control systems can be adjusted reasonably according to specific production needs and overall installation space utilization. However, the installation sequence of the electrical control system and lubrication system must remain unchanged to prevent serious production accidents caused by automatic winding machine vendors.
